Please note that there may be certain orders that we cannot accept and must cancel. MINISFORUM reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason after billing. When you make a purchase, you agree that MINISFORUM's risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery of your order to the carrier.

You assume all associated liabilities and risks during the transportation of your order by a third party.

For payment, shipping and delivery of the order, users should agree to the terms and conditions stated under Freight and Payment.

For warranty and returns, users should agree to the terms of the Return Policy.

Responsibilities of the user

The user must be registered on the site to enjoy some services. Except with MINISFORUM's consent, a user may only register one user account on the Site. MINISFORUM may block a user account if MINISFORUM has reason to believe that the user has registered or has two or more user accounts at the same time. User agrees that sharing your account with others or allowing multiple users to use your account (collectively, "Multiple Use") may cause irreparable harm to MINISFORUM or other users of the Site. User releases MINISFORUM, our affiliates, directors, employees, agents and representatives from any loss or damage (including, but not limited to, lost profits) resulting from multiple use of your account. The User warrants that the information you provide when registering your MINISFORUM account is accurate, truthful, legal and valid and belongs solely to you. Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data they provide to MINISFORUM and MINISFORUM accepts no responsibility and will not provide compensation for cases of incorrect information.

Care will be taken to ensure that the User has the option to subscribe or unsubscribe to the newsletter subscription upon registration.

The user understands and agrees that MINISFORUM has the right to terminate all or part of the service temporarily or permanently at any time according to its own business needs (including but not limited to cases such as violation of MINISFORUM's terms and conditions, unacceptable and inappropriate comments or behavior towards MINISFORUM's brand image).
