F2. Brand of SSD and RAM in UM790 Pro
We purchase major hardware from different brands based on the same technical specifications, including SSDs, Wi-Fi cards, RAM, hard drives, power supplies, etc. Due to the limited resources and brands of RAM and SSD, we choose Samsung, Kingston, Crucial, Adata, Phison, etc. as our RAM and SSD suppliers.
Each piece of hardware has passed a strict quality inspection and met factory standards before being delivered to Minisforum. In addition, there is no difference in the warranty policy of these hardware suppliers.
The hardware brands may vary from batch to batch. However, you can be assured that they all meet Minisforum's standards and are covered by the warranty.
F3. What is the maximum resolution? How many monitors can be connected at the same time?
Up to four monitors can be connected at the same time, with a maximum resolution of 8K@60Hz.
F4. Can I power the UM790 Pro via the USB4 ports?
The UM790 Pro's USB4 ports support power supply and can be used as a power supply port.
F5. Does it support eGPU?
The UM790 Pro supports eGPU. Please contact the manufacturer of the eGPU docking station to learn more about the compatibility of the device.
F6. Is Windows pre-installed on the UM790 Pro?
With the exception of the barebones version, Windows 11 is pre-installed on all versions. The barebones version does not include RAM and SSD; therefore Windows 11 is not pre-installed.

F1: How long does it take from purchase to receipt of the product?
After ordering an item, it takes about 1-2 working days until it is ready for shipment. When shipping from our German warehouse, the logistics time is 3 to 7 days, depending on the destination country. If the goods are shipped from the warehouse in Hong Kong, the logistics time is about 18 to 23 days.
Q2: What is the reason for not providing a tracking number for orders shipped from the Hong Kong warehouse?
This is because the parcel is on its way from Hong Kong to Germany. The tracking information will be updated once the shipment arrives in Germany and customs clearance is completed, this process usually takes 15 to 18 days.
Q3: Do I need to pay the shipping fee and tax for the product?
The shipping of our products is free of charge, but if your delivery address is in a non-EU country, you will have to pay the additional customs fees yourself.
