Q: In Proxmox VE on the MS-01, the Ethernet port LEDs are off and the network is not working

1. Installing a PCIe add-in card can change the system's bus enumeration, which may cause the network interface names to shift in Proxmox VE.

2. Use the command ip addr show to list all network interfaces and their current names. Then, use ethtool <interface_name> to check the link status.

3. Connect a display and keyboard directly to the MS-01. Edit the network configuration file /etc/network/interfaces and update the vmbr0 bridge to use the correct physical interface name identified in step 2.

Q: MS-02 Ultra Won't Turn On

1. When installing 2 DIMMs, they MUST be installed in the two front (CPU-facing) slots, even though these slots are harder to access. Incorrect installation will prevent the system from booting.

2. If you purchased the barebone system, it is essential to consult the official memory compatibility list (QVL) released by MINISFORUM. We strongly recommend purchasing memory modules listed in the QVL. Using incompatible memory not on the list may cause the system to fail to power on.

For a comprehensive guide on memory compatibility, please refer to the official documentation:

Q: PCIe Slot Specifications for the MS-02 Ultra

The MS-02 Ultra is equipped with three PCIe slots, as follows:

1. PCIe 4.0 x4 Slot

Physical Dimensions: Supports add-in cards with a maximum size of 170mm (L) x 69mm (W) x 20mm (H).
Important Note: This slot will be physically obstructed and cannot be used when a dual-slot graphics card is installed in the PCIe 5.0 x16 slot.

2. PCIe 5.0 x16 Slot (Supports Bifurcation)

Physical Dimensions: Supports add-in cards with a maximum size of 190mm (L) x 69mm (W) x 41mm (H).

3. PCIe 4.0 x16 Slot PCIe 4.0 x4/x4/x4)

Physical Dimensions: Supports add-in cards with a maximum size of 170mm (L) x 69mm (W) x 20mm (H).

Power Delivery: Each PCIe slot can provide up to 75W of power. If you install a graphics card with a TDP exceeding 75W, you must connect an external 8-pin (150W) PCIe power cable from the power supply.
