Shipping Costs & Time

Free worldwide shipping does not apply to certain selected remote locations. Once an order is placed, it will take 5 to 7 business days for the order to be processed.

Shipping Orders

Orders are shipped within 5-7 business days after payment is received. The estimated delivery date may be delayed due to some unexpected events. Customers will be informed of the shipping status by email after the package is shipped. And customers can also track the order via the order status button.

Tariff Insurance

If you are worried about tax, you can take out additional tariff insurance for EUR 30.

We will cover the full tax if you have to pay for customs.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation of orders is possible before the product is shipped or produced. You will receive a full refund.

Customers cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped, unless the customer bears all the costs of returning the package.

Order modification or refund

Within the warranty period (3 years), we offer exchanges and refunds.

Tips: When customers return the package, priority postage and express postage, cash on delivery are not supported. When using these delivery methods, the customer shall bear the shipping cost.

Delivery Address

A correct and complete delivery address is mandatory. Once your order has been prepared for shipment or shipped, we can no longer change the delivery address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you (the customer), we will contact you immediately to correct it and the package will be reshipped for an additional shipping fee. You must provide a daytime phone number for all orders.

Shipping Couriers & Status

Order(s) will be shipped by Minisforum. When you place an order on the Minisforumstore, you will automatically receive a shipping information e-mail from Minisforum. Please check your e-mail address. If you did not find the e-mail, please check your spam mailbox and add Minisforum to your contact list.

EU Transport Policy

According to the new regulations of EU countries that all goods imported into the EU will be charged with VAT by customs from July 1, 2021 (different countries have different VAT).

Please actively cooperate with the local customs when clearing customs, otherwise the goods will be returned or destroyed due to overdue, resulting in high fees.
